This addition strengthens G2’s AI capabilities by introducing a truly transformative approach to review collection and custom research, eliminating the need for cumbersome surveys, forms, and manual research.

Reimagining reviews - now with voice, text, and AI-guided language
Review forms, while useful, can fall short. As Alex David, co-founder and CEO of unSurvey, shared:

Beyond transforming the review experience, we’re also reimagining how researchers and companies get the answers they need, when they need them, with new AI-led custom market research. Similar to review forms, traditional surveys are also often limited in depth, biased in structure, and burdensome for respondents. And, the process for accessing bespoke research and benchmark data for an individual organization is typically lengthy, complicated, and costly.

- Rahul Kavale, lead software engineer at unSurvey, now serves as Principal AI Engineer at G2.
