Following a year of record growth here at G2, we aren’t slowing down. In fact, we’re picking up the pace. As we continue along our rapid growth trajectory, today we’re announcing that Eunice Buhler has joined us as Vice President and Head of Legal.
Eunice is a talented and trusted addition to our expanding Senior Leadership Team. Her impressive drive, intuition, and experience as a fiercely business-focused attorney will help guide us into our next chapter.
In this new role, Eunice will build and lead a world-class legal team. As software buying continues to accelerate, we look forward to developing the legal function of our organization to support the strategic and tactical needs of our global expansion.
And for some background on Eunice, she joins us here at G2 from the communications platform Inteliquent, where she played a strategic role in its acquisition by Swedish-based Sinch. Before that, she served as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis where she co-founded and led several Women in Private Equity efforts while representing PE firms as well as private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions ranging from $10 million to $2.1 billion across a variety of industries.
