Earlier this year, we launched GTM Innovators, a series where I sit down with industry leaders and experts, striving to answer one question: “How can B2B organizations create a unified go-to-market (GTM)?” As a current CRO and former marketer working daily to align Sales and Marketing, it’s an understatement to say I’m passionate about effective GTM strategies.
